The company is headquartered in Patras, Achaia (Eglikados 44). “SKIADARESIS SPYROS & CO O.E.” strives daily to provide the most meaningful service possible to its customers. With the creation of this e‑shop, the company marks the beginning of an advanced form of direct communication with its customers. This e‑shop is intended for all internet users who wish to receive immediate information about the products offered by the company, as well as the ability to make purchases through the e‑shop, via remote online orders, always subject to the availability of company inventory. “SKIADARESIS SPYROS & CO O.E.” aims for prompt customer service and satisfaction, consistently demonstrating responsibility throughout its business operations and fostering trust. These terms fully comply with applicable European and Greek law, and users acknowledge the company’s right to amend provisions of these terms, provided they do not concern legally binding obligations and do not affect already finalized situations. For this reason, we inform our e‑shop customers about the following matters:

A. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The creators of photographs, as original intellectual works, in accordance with Article 2§ 1 of the International Berne Convention – Paris, Article 2§ 1 of Law 2121/1993 as currently in force, and Directive 93/98/EEC, have agreed to automatically transfer (under Article 32§ 2 of Law 2121/93, as currently in force) to the “Company” the proprietary rights and all powers related to each photograph they create. They have accepted that the “Company” will have full exploitation rights over these works without restriction, including rights to modification, reproduction, inclusion, and multiplication for their entire duration (per Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty ratified by Greece under Law 3184/2003 – Government Gazette Α’ 228/26.09.2003, Article 12 of the TRIPS Agreement ratified by Greece under Law 2290/1995 [Government Gazette Α’ 28], as well as Article 6 of Directive 93/98).

D. PRODUCT ORDERS & CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e‑shop constitutes the formation of a distance sales contract governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You may enter into a valid order via the e‑shop if you are legally competent under the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (i.e. you must be at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship regarding contract formation). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders, while the company reserves the right to require proof from a guardian or legal representative for any orders placed by legally incapable persons.

ORDER PROCESS VIA E‑SHOP:

1. You complete a special form with the required information for the sales contract.
2. You unconditionally accept the terms of sale and terms of use by choosing “ACCEPT” electronically on the website.

For the convenience of all customers wishing to purchase via our online store, www.skiadaresis.gr provides the following payment methods:
– Cash on delivery (available only in Greece), with a €6 charge (including VAT 23%).
Consumers are informed before order completion about the supplier’s identity and address, essential product characteristics, price, quantity, shipping costs, payment method, delivery terms, validity period and price of any offers, and right of withdrawal.
After submitting the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of the order that can be saved. All prices listed in product catalogs include VAT (23%), and www.skiadaresis.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without notifying the public. Note: Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges due to exchange rates, customs duties, etc., for which the company bears no responsibility.

E. SHIPPING METHOD – TIME – COST

Deliveries of products in Patras are free of charge, handled by our company; for the rest of Greece, delivery is via courier or freight within 3–4 business days. Shipping charges to countries outside Greece vary.

F. CONSUMER RIGHTS – ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, cancellation cannot be accepted.
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE: The company cannot provide for exchange rights. If the consumer wishes to change a product, they must return it to the company and place a new order. If the return is due to company fault, return shipping costs are covered by the company. (Return options: a) credit note, b) refund.)

DETAILED RETURN GUIDELINE:
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same perfect condition as received, including the receipt and any product labels. A completed “return form” (available here) must accompany the returned item within the exclusive period of fourteen (14) days. Note: For hygiene reasons, all returned products will undergo detailed quality inspection at the company’s warehouses. To avoid inconvenience, please carefully inspect delivered items upon receipt for any visible defects and ensure packaging is intact.

Force Majeure: If delivery cannot occur within the specified time due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather, strikes), we will notify you by email so you can decide whether to proceed with the order under these conditions. 2. Modification of Terms: www.skiadaresis.gr reserves the right to modify or update any terms and conditions. The company commits to updating this text for any changes or additions.

Shipping Terms: Orders will only be processed if the following shipping terms are met: To proceed with your order and its delivery, you must provide an active email address and a functioning telephone number. The shipping address must be complete and accurate, and payment must be finalized unless choosing cash on delivery.
